BCAA STACK contains 6g Leucine overload ratio of Branched Chain Amino Acids, as well as 2.5g of L-Glutamine per serving. While all BCAAs play an important role in muscle, it is Leucine that has been shown to play the most critical role in stimulating muscle protein synthesis through multiple mechanisms of action, including mTOR and P13K stimulation (protein synthesis regulators). Leucine has been shown to increase glucose and amino acids uptake in muscle and is often regarded as the single most powerful muscle synthesizing amino acid. Glutamine has been shown to have a regulatory role in whole body protein synthesis as its levels inside muscle govern protein synthesis and nitrogen balance and therefore muscle building.
